  1. AFAIK i have not installed any 2k 4k mods. unless the mods do not have descriptions and so happens to be 2k or 4k. but everytime a mod has an option, I would choose 1k. would vram really matter? because as some say even the most powerful pc can't handle. :(
  2. T_T sorry for the hassle. I'll just lay down and accept it can't be as smooth as I expect hohohoho T_T Thank you! :D P.S Are my mods considered "heavy Modding"?
  3. In this particular area my FPS drops from 60 to 40. I thought it is just a "hiccup" but the FPS stays at 40. my fps on other areas is at a steady 60, with fps "hiccups" sometimes on new areas.anybody knows how to fix this. to make it a steady 60? this happens only on some forest areas. and sometimes when there are enemy npcs moving/attacking.please help me with this :D thank you! :) Specs: My Mod List (Reversed >.,<) Load Order Skyrim.ini Skyrimprefs.ini This Area Gives me 40fps Particular Part of the Map
  4. I found a fix-ish, I downloaded one of the SFO optional file "distant" tree something. I'ts ok now. for me at least.
  5. I thought my specs were not enough. I do hope there would be a work around. please do post if you get to find one! :) Thanks for your replies guys!
  6. exactly the same problem! 8 GB Ram. i know right? it's a bit annoying. or maybe there's a mod that enables skyrim to load the textures faster without us noticing the "hiccups" ? XD hehe
  7. It's not really a permanent FPS drop, but it's a bit annoying. Scenario: exiting a house outside whiterun, when I turn my mouse like "Quickly?" the fps drops to 50/55 from 60, but thankfully it would go back to 60 in just a sec. sometimes I would notice a stutter. not really sure. Sometimes even just running outside it would happen. rarely tho. is this normal? because there's a new are that needs to be loaded? or is there a way to have a permanent 60 fps even when running and making quick mouse turns on new areas? 95% of the retexture mods are only 1k, the only 2k I have is the distant tree optional file from SFO. and oh I have Ugridstoload 7 Specs:CPU - i5 4430MOBO - Z87MX-D3HGRAPHIC CARD - STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-2GD5 Ram - Crosair XMS3 4GB ( 2pcs )PSU - Silverstone Strider Plus 600WHeat Sink - cooler master si seidon 120vCasing - Cooler Master CM Storm Scout 2Hard Drive - 1TB WD Black Attached are my mods.
  8. so found a Fix There's an optional download for SFO basic which improves the LODs. Try that.
  9. Try setting it to "high" on the launcher. not ultra. idk if this helps for you, but it worked for me.
  10. Same here. decided to remove it hehe
  11. Well decided to remove dyndolod. soo it happened again... :( how do i fix this? https://oi60.tinypic.com/r86lo7.jpg attached is my left pane on MO. on the "trees" side of the configuration. I followed everything on step. ( deleting/hiding files that are on the instructions of S.T.E.P particularly on trees HD and SFO )
  12. should i get the baselines? or the high res? i mean with my specs which is the best choice?
  13. i see thank you! do you have an "ultimate" fix for the micro stutter? it's really annoying hehe
  14. Specs: CPU - i5 4430 MOBO - Z87MX-D3H GRAPHIC CARD - STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-2GD5 Ram - Crosair XMS3 4GB ( 2pcs ) PSU - Silverstone Strider Plus 600W Heat Sink - cooler master si seidon 120v Casing - Cooler Master CM Storm Scout 2 Hard Drive - 1TB WD Black Currently I'm just using the Steam workshop for my mods. subscribed to some. And I did not touch .ini files. sometimes fps is a solid 60 fps. but outside white run and some other places, sometimes is drops to 30 and sometimes would stutter. is my PC not that strong enough? if I follow S.T.E.P would it guarantee me a solid 60 fps if not 50-60 fps or at least a smooth drop rather that a stutter? please enlighten me before I follow the long process. thank you for your time! Solid! XD [Edit] soooo the white run lag thing was because of open cities. soo had to remove it. applied SSME, antilag something something. hmmm touched .ini files a bit esp. on shadows. still FPS sometimes drop to 40 but hey it's not 30! :D and still have the annoying stutter issue even when it's 50-60 fps. >.,<
  15. will check when i get home. will post feedback. :)
  16. Yes, and i've also edited the .ini file outside MO.
  17. My goal here is to change the Graphic options of Skyrim's shadow to medium (running via steam) and tweak Skyrimprefs.ini's shadow items. ( inside Mod Organizers .ini ) iShadowMapResolutionSecondary=4096iShadowMapResolutionPrimary=4096iShadowMapResolution=4096 to fix the blocky shadows in Skyrim the problem is, every time I change it to Medium. It reverts back to Ultra.what should I do to keep it on medium? I really really appreciate the work you guys have been doing! you changed my view on Moding stuffs. and appreciate the guide it put me at ease to find a "Default" -ish patch to improve skyrim! :) Thanks.
