  1. I was careful, I have two mods for these files, "Step Compilation Patch" and "Step - Skyrim Total Enhancement Project". :) From the latter I have two .esps marked with brooms, so I *should* be able to make sure the BSAs are being handled by MO, but when I go to the Archives tab, they aren't there. And this conversation just caused me to open STEP in explorer, I have the ESPs, and a lot of loose files in the textures folder, but no BSAs. So I should be able to go and disable these anyway, the loose files will load properly, correct? And if I was supposed to get BSAs, perhaps I made a different mistake.
  2. see, this is what I was coming here to look for. Thank you for posting your solution at least, so now i can use it! :)
  3. Thanks! I obviously didn't take the time to think that through, I just latched onto what looked close. I'm apparently not at my most focused today.
  4. Somewhere in the STEP guide is a mod that *also* has billboards, not just the ones directed by the guide, and I no longer have any idea which it is. Unaware of DDSopt DynDOLOD, I was working my way through the STEP guide in linear fashion to keep it in bite sized chunks in my head. On one of the mods (and I have no idea which one any more, which is why I'm posting) had an optional file talking about installing billboards. I had no idea what it was and the STEP instructions for that mod said nothing about installing billboards, so I moved on. I reached the end of the guide, and now it talks about DDSopt DynDOLOD and billboards. I know it was partly timing, but learning the new information while it was a little late at night and trying to recall where else I saw billboards fried my brain a little. I'm going to try to calmly search through the earlier mods now to find it, but I am sometimes prone to easy frustration, so I can't push myself to much on this. I am hoping that some one here will know what I am talking about and be able to guide me. Oh, and a piece of information that might be useful: I *think* the mod was one with a newer revamp than the STEP guide covered (if I am remembering correctly), and as I installed that newer version it was a deviation from the STEP guide. I didn't want to deviate further and install this other thing I had no idea about. I'll edit or reply to this post if I find it on my own. Edit: FOUND IT! Skyrim Flora Overhaul. I used the detailed instructions, excepting only the version I installed. I wanted to make sure i had the billboards for this if I was going to be running DDSopt DynDOLOD :) I think just talking about it in my post helped clear and prepare my mind, *but* I do hope this topic makes it to some one's attention, maybe make a note in detailed instructions along the lines of "we don't recommend the new version yet, but if you install it, make sure to get the billboards files too, as they will be used later". I'm assuming you will want to review in depth before possibly recommending the new version :)
  5. That works fine. if I disable FNIS and any FNIS dependant mods, it works fine too (launched via MO to SKSE)
  6. I have rerun the process to have all the information, and now I have read the process a little more.. there does seem to be issues I hadn't noticed before. It should be seeing the MO environment right? Oh, and just to be clear, the actual path is: And inside the overwrite folder, my tree looks like this: Full tree can be seen in this screen shot here: https://i.imgur.com/uL1OOMo.jpg
  7. Oh, and to be clear about what you asked before: all plugins are checked, but unlike DSR, FNIS is *not* generating a patch file, so the 'FNIS Output' folder is greyed and in italics (though I've still selected it) as it does not see any content it recognizes as plugin.
  8. the plugin is loaded. And what is the difference between SR:LE and STEP? your usage is the first i've heard the term, and I googles it but little info so far other than it seems to be a closely related project.
  9. Yes. :) and I have FNIS for Users selected as an executable to run from inside Mod Organizer (which is I am confused to why it's not seeing Momo's acrobatic jump, which is also loaded into MO so should be seen by anything running in the MO environment)
  10. So this is my first time working with Mod Organizer, but I've read through the tutorials and experimented a bit and I believe I have down what *should* be working. I have FNIS, Momo's acrobatic jump, XP32 skeleton (Groovtama's XPMS Extended), Realistic Ragdolls & Force, FNIS Sexy Move Enhanced Character Edit, and Dual Sheathe Redux installed (Should be the only one's relevant to this bug). Oh, and vwr Acrobat and 360 walk and run plus. , hmm, Player Head tracking shouldn't be an issue? Edit: oh, and Dance of Death is installed too (trying to include all skeleton/animation related mods in this list that i have installed) I run Dual Sheathe patcher through MO, then right click Overwrite 'mod' and select Create new Mod, name it DSR Output. I do the same for FNIS, name it FNIS output. Make sure both of those are selected mods, run the game, and it should work. BUt I have 2 issues: 1) I make sure I've selected Momo's, but FNIS claims it isn't installed. makes no other complaint. 2) When I load my game, my character is stuck in that 'partial T' position (arms out to the side, but not fully up) and doesn't move her limbs at all. Kinda just glides along in this weird rigid pose. Note: Fresh skyrim install before installing MO, brand new save that I'm reloading for testing because I don't want to keep running through character creation (also using live another life, so at least shorter than normal intro). Anyway, I have currently deleted those two output folders so that I can run this from scratch after receiving any advice that might help me fix this. If I need to deselect them all and then run Reinstall for each of them in a particular order, I am willing to do that. :)
