I've uploaded a 2k version of the Flame atronach this evening as a seperate mod. You can find it here: Rens HD Flame Atronach. I got a lot of feedback regarding Badasstronach's flame atronach wasn't very good and I agreed so I redesigned it and also added an alternate version, as well as some different flame choices. I will be hopefully working on the frost atronach next and when I've done all HD version of them, I will add them as one pack. Thank you all for your feedback ^__^

I could add an alternate version for a more textile scarf. However, I must point out that the scarf doesn't have the glass effect but just appears really shiny >__

I'm releasing a 2k version soon, and also I'll re-design it slightly. Could say the new one will be relatively different from the current one. Just felt I could do better really, I was rather new with my first 2 mods. >_

Aww.. Thank you very much! Always thought having variety of something was important. I'm pleased with all the feedback and all the work I put into it. I added a Fomod installer so it's easier to alternate between all versions including vanilla so check it out guys!

Just really wanted to do something different. Wasn't really fond of the pinkish red of the original. Also thought red scales would stand up too much. Can't please everyone I guess >__

Good work on these Rengel, really hard to choose just one set. I posted the updated screens with all the alternates and HRDLC, which to be honest is about 1% different than Core. Get them here.OH cool!! thank you for your hard work =D pretty cool comparison!

I'm glad you like it ^__^ I've actually worked more on it, further fixing brightness, Doubled Resolution on the scarf and added blood splatters on her hands and claws. Will be uploading screens soon!

Hmm.. I could try reducing the brightness of the scarf. Edit: reduced glow for what it's worth =]

So I went back to take screenshot without ENB, in neutral lightning (Riften) and this is the result:

Agreed. I can't tell a difference between the Matriarchs. They look identical to me. I'm not saying that this is the case...because I have no proof of that whatsoever...but in OTHER mods, sometimes you don't realize that the mod isn't that impressive until you look at the HRDLC and realize it's just a SLIGHTLY sharper version (cough telvanni reborn cough). Again, not saying that's the case here at all. The screens are not a fair representation, since the lighting angles are different. The only way to properly compare would be using Nifscope or Blender or something that will place the texture onto the model under identical lighting conditions ... or just look in-game in good light. Video might work well too, but that is time consuming.Not sure if this gif image helps, but here it is:
