Thank you so much for the help. After messing with firewall for a bit (to be on the safe side), multiple redownloads of resources (finally just did manual download, to be safe), updating MO2, and finally running TexGen and DynDOLOD....something worked lol. I appreciate your help.

This is the message that pops up right after I stat to run DynDOLOD. This is even before I am able to even select options to start building the output. I've never run into any issue with previous versions of DynDOLOD. I was forced to update to the latest versions of the standalone and resources, and I also updated to the latest DLL and scripts.
