I can see that. I wasn't sure what was causing it because I was using eFps - Exterior Fps Boost and SSE Engine fixes for a while before that. I thought it might have been conflicts between the two engine fixing mods. Also when I removed the two eFps mods it stopped a crash that occurred when I would start to be killed with a finishing move or the "kill camera".

I was having this crash constantly and what fixed it for me was deleting SSE Fixes, SSE Bug Fixes, eFps - Anniversary Edition, and eFps - official Patch Huh. I'm not sure if the Efps mods needed to be deleted, but I deleted all 4 of those and I haven't crashed since. I hope this helps because I was on the verge of a mental breakdown because my Skyrim was running smooth before I downloaded these few mods. I do still use SSE Engine Fixes and EFps - Exterior Boost.
