I figured it out. My documents folder was on OneDrive. I moved it to another place and now it's fine

So thing is... I have downloaded several russian mod collections that are all one click installation and i had the same exact collections working smoothly on my pc until recently, when i bought a new laptop. Whenever i launch modded skyrim, it crashes right aster the black SKSE screen in MO2 and just from the SKSE exe. I have 3070ti, i7 12gen, 16 gigs of ram and an SSD. I have tried installing .NET framework, directX, visual studio and updating nvidia drivers. Nothing helped. In some collections, even vanilla skyrim won't launch. If i do a clean steam install, the game, no matter how i change settings in the launcher, Has borders on the window and does not open full screen. My screen has 16:10 ration, 240 Hz, and 2560x1600 resolution. It does not matter which collection i download, the issue persists and even vanilla on clean install, again, has borders and won't launch in full scree. I have tried to resolve the issue with moderators on discord servers of these collections, but nothing helped. This post was similarly written some time ago, but now i understand that is probably the issue of my device and am looking for help in that gerard.

I am really not sure there is something wrong with the actual mods in the thing, considering that a couple dozen of players of this collection downloaded the same exact files from the same exact link and are fine generally. Was thinking that it may be soft issue. But thanks anyway, ill try to do it and possibly just redownload the cursed thing.

Welp, i can only say that it is not nexus. Download, delete content of steam folder, unpack there and you are usually good to go. But this cpllection... Ugh... Thx for your time anyway.

Hey! SO i have downloaded one of russian one click download collections and it looks really good for other people on their discord, and yet, i have no way to launch it from MO2 and crashloag is neither in MO2 overwrite folder, or in username\my games\skirim spesial edition, or anywhere in the game folder for that matter. I only reach SKSE blackscreen, from where MO2 just unlocks with no game being launched. I have discussed the issue with the modders and we checked a vbillion times that the thing was installed correctly, and yet, nothing.
