trying to reinstall after a system wipe. Figured out how to download the older version (99% sure) (followed this guide) and installed it on a portable drive. started trying to follow the New STEP guide (2.2.0) and am getting a weird papyrus dll error. Digging into it some more, should I be following STEP 1.0.0 ?
