I believe this post may shed some light on the issue. https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2669874-disparity-creating-compatibility-patches/ EDIT: Krypt mentions here "Once you are done with each race, then save your patch file. Once in-game, DO NOT toggle the "Use Modified Abilities" option in Disparity's MCM. Leave it with whatever setting it is on. Checking or unchecking this box will cause the abilities to be added to your character via script, and you will then need to remove them using the console." As far as I can tell, It would seem in toggling the use Modified racial abilities to off we are causing the Disparity script to backfire and reapply the disparity racials abilities in addition to the skills. I am thinking that since the disparity racials are not carried over in xEdit there is no need to toggle them and we won't cause the aforementioned issue. For those who already have a game in progress you can check your passive magic abilities to see if you do have the disparity racials. Can anyone confirm ? -

Sorry to double post but I fear the question will be lost and am kinda anxious to get an answer :P Over on Imperious compatibility notes it says "Disparity: Compatibility patch available on the downloads page. The Bashed patch should pick up the green esps even if they are inactive in Bash, even if it only picks up some you can always reactivate those it missed if it were to occur and re-patch. -

The default state is that it is enabled, this is why we are told to disable it. -

I agree so I just turned off bathing requires water and played pretend :P another thing is the washtubs in the college do not work with bathing in skyrim which I found odd. You could try this one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35311/? it adds showers to inns and as far as I can tell it does not conflict with anything except ele but that is easy to patch, there are hazy reports on functionality but it could just be user error. Be sure if you try it out to use the Alternative Dragonborn version without Stumbling Sabercat Inn by sa547. The author of BiS claims they are compatible without a patch. -

So in regard to the DSR issue I placed a bug report on XPMSEs page because I am fairly sure this has something to do with style matching animations in XPMSE. Hopefully Groovtama will get back to us. We will get this pinned down. :) -

I have sent him a message but it might be easier for someone who knows him to get in touch. I am just a lowly scribe who seeks to help pack creators. This is a fairly big issue for people who want to have a follower tank and the sweet shields on back. Hopefully he will get back to me with a reply and some idea of how we might fix it. I will keep you informed. :) In the meantime those of us playing squishy priests and mages will need to disable DSR NPC shields on back so our tanks are not as squishy. -

I believe this is something beyond my ability to fix or I would patch it myself. The solution in the short term is to deselect the NPC shield on back option in the DSR MCM. Followers will then use shields in combat however leaving it checked will mean your follower will not use their shields. It is frustrating but not game breaking. I thought perhaps I could use the EFF Tattoos option to change the follower style but no cigar. I also tried toggling the style cloak in XPMSE that does nothing to remedy the issue. I wanted to be sure that it was not just on my end. Hopefully someone can find a solution because I am lost. :P -

That is the issue, when I ready weapons ie unsheathe my spells/weapons followers with shields actually unequip their shields and use only a one handed weapon. -

I just tried it on a test list which consisted of UOSP Leg DSR FNIS and the animation packs from SRLE LOTD, and the issue is still there. Are you certain they had the shield on back and were able to ready weapons ? -

Hey guys, I just noticed an issue I have in game. Followers are bugged when it comes to shield on back, if I toggle it off in duel sheath they equip the shield as normal and use the shield on back animation. If I toggle it on they use a single hand weapon animation. I went so far as to reinstall all animation mods and rerun FNIS and Dual Sheath. I am lost. Has anyone any knowledge of this issue and how I might fix it? As it stands my followers will not use shields with shield on back enabled in Dual sheath. -

I take it back, as far as I can tell if you update the DBM unofficial patch while in the midst of a playthrough and you have yet to speak to Auryen just skip the step that tell us to SET DBM_MUSEUMSTART TO -1, please let me know if I am wrong but so far things are wonky having done so. -

Hey guys, I am experiencing an issue that I can't find the solution to. I have been playing now for sometime, I decided to update the DBM unofficial patch midway through and followed the directions on cleaning scripts and so on. I did this however before I ever even went to the museum in solitude. So I finally decide to go to the museum and enter. Auryen approaches me but there is no interaction, I can't click on him to initiate anything. So I research and find there is an older common issue so I rebuild the SEQ in xEdit, no cigar. I reinstalled the entire mod, no cigar. I am wondering if it has to do with the mods update instructions SET DBM_MUSEUMSTART TO -1, it says do not do this if you are starting a new game but does that mean only if you have already spoken to Auryen? I am unable to even start the mod in this state. EDIT: That was the problem, they should likely put that little caveat in the update instructions. :p So yeah if anyone else encounters this issue all they need to do is open the console and type SET DBM_MUSEUMSTART TO 1 once you start talking to Auryen open the console again and type SET DBM_MUSEUMSTART TO -1 this will allow you to continue on the default quest and avoid having the future addon prompt you to visit a non existent museum in Dawnstar. :) maybe this will help someone maybe not, feel free to delete the post. :) -

I just went through my bashed patch and found all sorts of things out of whack, I am beginning to think that the beta version has some issues. A lot of WAF keywords were not carried over, same for some AOS sounds and several other mods. I just manually fixed them being careful not to overwrite changes implemented by the various compatibility patches merged into Bash. -

I am beginning to think there is something very wrong with my Bash install, i have the loot rule you instructed yet bash is taking the record from the esp loaded above o.O I am going to reinstall bash. -
