Removed Alternate Start (Didn't really need it) and Dawnstar is now fine

The id is apparently invalid, so I could not disable him Seems he's attached to alternate start (didn't realize that until now) and I used the old se version I transferred from my old laptop, and I guess that screwed up his facegen
