Assuming you are using the Alpha 3 version your best bet is to check the dyndolod site and particularly the forum for Alpha 3 - I’d suggest from page 502 and onwards - I had a similar issue (which others have had) and by making some changes to the texgen ini has now resolved it The MO had detailed those changes in the aforementioned forum posts good luck!
