  1. So I was finally successful in generating TexGen and DynDOLOD with no issues whatsoever. The problem? My entire Windows 10 Home installation had become corrupt. I had to format the entire drive and reinstall the OS clean. Looking forward to seeing the results in-game!
  2. Besides the executables (DynDOLOD.exe, LODGen.exe, TexGen.exe, and texconv.exe, as well as the 64 bit versions), there must be something else I am missing when it comes to permissions: I've given exceptions to all of the aforementioned via everything I know can do this, plus rebooted the computer, and still I am encountering the same error.
  3. Although I am not 100% sure which does explain, I can glean this information from the Event Viewer: I am guessing that my problem lies with kernelbase.dll based on the above. EDIT: I just realised I mixed up xLODGen with LODGen.
  4. I re-installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Then ran DynDOLOD again. Crops up with the same error. Checked the Windows Event Viewer log. It threw up a bunch of .NET runtime errors relating to xLODGen and DynDOLOD whilst they ran. What specific information would you need?
  5. So I am getting the LODGenx64.exe failed to generate object LOD for one or more worlds error at present. I have checked the individual logs for each worldspace that were generated and all were (almost) empty and identical, containing no useful information at all. Here are the relevant logs (compressed as a .zip because I was having difficulty uploading them separately). I included just one of the LODGen worldspace logs to illustrate what I mean above. My guess is that the failure is something to do with generating occlusion as that's consistently where I encounter problems, but after following the directions in the funtastic manual I am still at a loss.
  6. I managed to resolve my issue with TexGen and the UAC blocking write access, thank goodness! Also, is it normal for DynDOLOD to generate particular log files which are several MB in size? It makes it impossible to upload them to any pastebin website.
  7. Hello Sheson, This time I can't even generate TexGen. I consistently get a “Can not copy resource” error. I've tried the troubleshooting steps listed on the DynDOLOD - Help page in the funtastic manual; alas to no avail. 8. Many apologies for posting about the grass precache issue earlier. I found the relevant fix for that. I was hoping it would fix the issue I was having, but alas, no. That said, this is what I encounter: [Window Title] DynDOLOD [Main Instruction] LODGenx64.exe failed to generate object LOD for one or more worlds. [Content] Check for error messages in the listed LODGen log(s) Help for this message [OK] [Exit DynDOLOD] [Footer] DynDOLOD FAQ | Support Forum | Copy message to clipboard All the log files it tells me to check (of which there are about 25) are practically empty and look like this: ============================================================ Skyrim Object LOD Generator 3.0.0.0 Created by Ehamloptiran and Zilav Updated by Sheson Log started at 16:04:33
  9. I can't generate a grass precache from NGIO. Supposedly the console is supposed to show the progress of this, and yet the console is empty – I am informed that this means it is not running. I have the latest versions of No Grass In Objects, MO2, DynDOLOD, etc. installed. I'm at a loss as to why the grass precaching operation refuses to even run.
