I should have gone into the game to find a BTO for an affected area from the beginning rather than just selecting random BTOs As I said in my edit the WIN.btos are not using the correct textures. Edit: I am sorry again for providing incorrect information. This is new territory for me. Edit 2: Checking the texture produced by TexGen for Aspen_Forest_big01_winter in the right panel of MO2 it appears correctly when I bring it up in Windows Media Viewer
  4. Ok so I checked the bto for the aspen trees just now after going in game and using the mcm to check the specific bto for that area. The aspen trees for the rift are not using the correct textures in the bto Edit: It appears none of the trees are using the correct textures in the WIN.bto. The ones I was looking at were in the permanently snowy area. I am sorry for providing incorrect information
  5. I greatly appreciate your help. Nothing is overwriting the DynDOLOD of TexGen Outputs in the left panel of MO2 and nothing is overwriting DynDOLOD.esp in the right panel. Do you have any ideas for why/how the game could be using different meshes or textures for tree LOD if those things aren't being overwritten? I have been trying to troubleshoot this for several days and am at a complete loss.
  6. Thank you. Finding what I needed to know about Nifskope in the guide was going to take awhile. I was able to confirm that the selection of SUM.bto and WIN.bto files i checked are using the correct textures.
  7. Yes Im sorry. Trouble meant I was not seeing any difference in game. I searched those txt files as you said and everything appeared as you said it would Nothing is overwriting the Dyndolod or Texgen outputs in my load order I am not very experienced with nifskope but I do have it installed. I opened it up and checked Tamriel.4.0.0.WIN.bto and everything in Nifskope was lacking a texture entirely (it was all purple) I dont know if that was simple me not using Nifskope correctly and if it was I do not know how to make it so that Nifskope will show me the textures being used. Edit: I have looked up a Nifskope guide for how to do this. I will check properly in a moment.

  11. Hello. I am trying to generate seasonal lod using Nature of the Wild Lands 3.0 and its seasonal patch. All LOD is swapping with the seasons except for trees. I tried to use Happy Little Trees instead and had the same problem there. When I set the season to permanent seasons in po3_SeasonsOfSkyrim.ini it still does not change the tree lod when I start a new game with the permanent season setting enabled. No matter what the tree lods keep their summer appearance. Any help would be appreciated.   12. I have no idea how to allow for more video memory so I set the MaxMultiSamples=4 and halved the texture size and it is running fine now! Hopefully everything comes out looking decent (I'm not really a screenarcher, I just want it for normal gameplay so it should be fine) Thank you so much for your help!
  13. Texgen Log Texgen Debug Log Bug Report I am so far beyond being out of ideas for what to do it isn't even funny. I have allowed texgen, dyndolod, and MO2 through my firewall, restarted my pc, and run the programs as admin as well as a bunch of other things. No idea what to do now. Any help would be much appreciated.
  14. Thank you for responding. I actually switched my tree mod (found one I like better) as well as switching to DynDOLOD 3.0 and everything works 🙂
  15. I think I may have solved it by using Dyndolod 3.0. We'll see.

This is the bug report from the latest https://pastebin.com/6RWTTNy4 Previously it was access violation errors when trying to run DynDOLOD while following the instructions for Open Cities (on the first step) so I uninstalled Open Cities, reran Texgen, and tried to Dyndolod like normal but this error came up. Other than removing Open Cities completely from my LO it is the same. I ran Dyndolod successfully two days ago with the same LO and it was successful but I discovered I had done it wrong for Open Cities so I went to run it again properly for Open Cities and ran into the access violation, got fed up trying to troubleshoot, and deleted Open Cities hoping that running Dyndolod like normal would go without a hitch. It did not. Posting to forums is something I only do after exhausting every possibility I know of as well as what I can find on Google. But I am at my wits end. Also most of the time the error comes up when DynDOLOD is working on Wyrmstooth but I tried removing that and it did it with Helgen Reborn so I added them back and removed Open Cities, rerunning Texgen/Dyndolod from scratch each time. I am using DynDOLODx64 and Texgenx64 and running them as admin. That's all the info I can think of to provide. I'd be grateful for any help you can give
