Thanks for the replies! I left Whiterun and it stopped. Hasn't happened again in over an hour of playing. If it does I'll make sure to give the suggestions a try and post back here.

I haven't seen this posted so I'm guessing it's a first. My character and seemingly all npcs that are outside have become "snowy" despite being in whiterun with no blizzard or any weather at all. When I go inside, there aren't any issues, but as soon as I go back outside it's there immediately. I've of course quit the game and reloaded both inside and outside with no differences. This started happening as I was running to Whiterun on a mostly new character. I'm not exactly the most experienced with this stuff. Any thoughts?
