Hey Dread, thanks for your version of STEP, especially how detailed the instructions are. I use it and I appreciate the work involved. Found a fresh project on the nexus that you and/or the STEP team might find interesting as a foundational mod. It's a complete re-optimization and re-compression of the vanilla files.
