I sent him a message asking him to make it available for STEP users, and thankfully he has made it available again, as you noticed. However, he said he is recreating the mod, and it sounds like he plans to take it down again at some point.

FYI, the mod author of Immersive Spectal Assassin (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/27051), which is required for the STEP CR patch, hid all of his files. After messaging him, he offered to un-hide this mod for now for STEP users. However, it sounds like he is rewriting this mod (along with all of his others) and plans to hide this version again. I'm new to the STEP community, but you might want to consider removing this mod from the guide and the CR patch, for stability's sake. At least until the rewritten mod is available to be incorporated.

I managed to remove the references and remove the master. Thank you for the resource on the dummy plugin! Here's what I did, for reference: Created a dummy plugin for the missing master with Wrye. Enabled the dummy in MO. Loaded the patch in SSEEdit. Applied a script named "report masters". Deleted the references the script identified. Cleaned the master, since the references to the missing plugin were removed. Deleted the dummy plugin.

I'm having the same problem. I was excited to finally try out STEP on SE, but now I can't continue. Suggestions for a workaround?
