I'm only going on what he said he did and he supplied a picture of the result and since everything on my end should be working, I don't think there is anything obvious about it. I have the Ultra option checked as seen in the picture and even when I selected "level0" for LOD4, I still got "+" shaped LODs. So I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. The A Little Tree Mod - DynDOLOD 3 - addon mod on the Nexus supplies the 3D LOD models. I have it installed and enabled right underneath the main file for A Little Tree Mod, which is also enabled.

I got TexGen and DynDOLOD working but I still never ever get 3D LODs for any tree mod. I only get the "+" shaped usual LODs. I tried Speed Trees and just now I tried A Little Tree Mod with its DynDOLOD 3 addon that supplies 3D LODs specifically for DynDOLOD 3. I still got just the "+" shaped LODs. I saw a screenshot of A Little Tree Mod on a Discord server that looked absolutely gorgeous and he said that he used Billboard4 for LOD4 and LOD8 and then Billboard1 for LOD16. He said he used the addon too (obviously). So I tried exactly that. But no matter what I do, I still only get the ugly "+" shaped LODs. I have not made a single change in the DynDOLOD_SSE.ini file except to start in Advanced mode automatically. Do I need to make some other changes as well in order to get 3D LODs? I thought that option was set automatically? Here is what I have selected. I picked the "High" option in the top right as well. What else do I need to do here or in the DynDOLOD_SSE.ini to get 3D Hybrid LOD models?

All the other files and logs had a date stamp of 10/13/2021. I actually don't get any such error when using xEdit tho. I haven't tried xLODGen tho since I don't need to update my terrain LOD. I was just gonna run TexGen and then DynDOLOD.

TexGen will no longer run for me. I keep getting an error saying "An error occured while loading modules. Editing is disabled. Check the message log and correct the error." I tried restarting my PC and that didn't fix it. I don't have a "message log" anywhere and the only logs I have in my DynDOLOD folder that were created today are what showed up on my TexGen window until the error popped up.

It's still too big for paste.ee too. The log file is 1.6MB and the debug log is 1.2MB. Paste.ee only allows 1MB and pastebin only allows 0.5MB. Since others have reported the same error tho, maybe it'll get fixed with logs they can share.

I keep getting an error that simply says "Item not found" with the "Help for his message" link that brings me to a page that just says "A problem occured that does not have a specific help page". Using the newest DynDOLOD 3 alpha version that was just updated, as well as the newest DynDOLOD Resources for v3. bugreport.txt Hopefully that's enough because pastebin says the other 2 files were too big unless I upgrade to Pro, which I'm not interested in.

I'm still trying to get grass LODs to show up and I noticed that in the TexGen_SSE_Grass_Billboards.txt file, every line ends with "false". Should these be "true"? Why did it set them all to false?

Idk how else to describe it. It's not working at all. I use Veydosbrom but I've also tried 3 other grass mods and ran the NGIO pre-cacher. It runs for an hour or 2 and I check on it from time to time and I see the % of each world completed. It completes, I put the almost 1GB of files in the MO2 Overwrite folder into a new empty mod called "Grass Cache" and activate it. I load up my save and there isn't a single change. Hell, I don't even get crash logs in my .NetScript Framework folder, even tho the pre-cache thing crashed half a dozen or so times during the process. It doesn't work at all. I've tried 7 or 8 different times over the last few months and have never once got it to pre-cache my grass.

Is it normal that the MCM for DynDOLOD says the .esp and the .esm are version 2.45 when I'm actually using version 3.0 alpha 30? I'm also not getting any grass LOD to show up. I've never once got the NGIO mod to work anyway tho. It generates several hundred MBs of grass files and I have them activated in MO2 but nothing ever shows up in game. I thought running DynDOLOD 3.0 would fix that but it didn't. I changed the grass=0 to grass=1 in the DynDOLOD_SSE.ini file and I made sure Grass was checked in TexGen. Where can I start troubleshooting this?

I got an error saying LODGen64.exe failed to generate LOD for one or more worlds. Check the log for more info. I click OK and then Check Log but nothing happens after that. Where is the log located so I can check it?

Skyrim 2020 by pfusher has been out since January 2020 and he never included matching LOD textures for his 2018 or 2019 mods AFAIK so I doubt he will include them for Skyrim 2020. Is there a way I could do this myself? I don't want to use the HD LODS mods since, although the roofs are closer to what they look like, the stone walls absolutely are not

But I'm trying to have matching LODs. Noble Skyrim is just a base. Pretty much everything inside of Whiterun is overwritten by Skyrim 2020, The roof color kind of match but the stone wall texture is way off so I'm trying to find out how to make it myself unless someone else who knows better is willing to do it for me. I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to altering mods, even just textures.

That is what my game looks like outside of Whiterun. The only reason the stonewalls are correct is because I'm standing right outside the horse stables and am close enough. But the stoneroad texture is off but most annoyingly is the vanilla ugly yellow roofs. I use Noble Skyrim as a base and have Skyrim 2018, 2019 and 2020 all overwrite it. I don't think there is a single vanilla texture left in my game so why am I seeing vanilla LODs like this? For clarification's sake, this is how I ran TexGen (I did all of this thru MO2): 1. Ran LOOT to get my load order in order 2. Made sure prior TexGen Output folder and DynDOLOD Output folder were deleted 3. Ran TexGen 4. When finished, right clicked on the TexGen Output folder and selected "Add to Archive" 5. Moved the newly created archive of the TexGen folder into MO2, placed at the bottom of the mod list and activated it 6. Ran DynDOLOD 7. In the Advanced window, I clicked on "High", then selected all of the available worldspaces, scrolled down to the "tree" section, made my selections and hit ok. 8. After about 30 minutes, DynDOLOD finishes and I do the exact same to the DynDOLOD Output folder as I did to the TexGen Output folder in step 4 and 5, placing it below TexGen Output and activating it DynDOLOD Resources is above everything that touches meshes and textures. How do I fix this?

The bugreport file was too big to upload, even by itself so I'm not sure how to show it, but I keep getting the same errors no matter what I try. I just re-downloaded the DynDoLOD Standalone for SE and the Resources for SE and followed the guide on the Enhanced Landscapes mod page for SE on the Nexus. Still have errors. Seems I'm missing some normal maps on my trees or something? How do I fix this? How do I share the bugreport? DynDOLOD_SSE_log.txt
