LODGenx64.exe failed to generate object LOD for one or more worlds
m1sf1t711 replied to nolbear's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Ah thank you! I'm not sure how I can seperate out the individual seasons for the Tamriel worldspace when Execute LODGen is used. The list of worldspaces just has one option for Tamriel (Seasons) so do I uncheck the seasons in the Seasons checklist that I don't want to repeat? (Sorry if I'm asking ignorant questions :-/ ) -
LODGenx64.exe failed to generate object LOD for one or more worlds

Just a quick update whilst I'm still investigating things. Stress testing CPU+RAM using OCCT Personal gives thousands of errors but testing just CPU gives none and testing just memory gives none. So now I'm trying to find out what to look at to understand these errors and solve any problems. In the meantime could you clarify something for me? If I only have "failed to generate object LOD for Tamriel SPR", so I use the Execute LODGen button on just the Tamriel (Seasons) worldspace, and it then manages to generate Tamriel SPR but fails on, say, Tamriel AUT, would the end result be that I had now got an Output folder with all the necessary object lod included or would the Execute LODGen process have undone any of the object lod generated in the original process? I guess I mean, does Execute LODGen just fill in the missing object lod so that if over several attempts I get a successful generation for each season I'd end up with everything I need? -
LODGenx64.exe failed to generate object LOD for one or more worlds

Hi Just in case this is of any value to know, I have just tried running the original Alpha 182 again having tried reducing my mod list a little incase it made any difference (I will be looking at the CPU testing tomorrow when I am less tired and can apply a fresher brain). I opened up task manager while it was running and at no point did CPU use go above 59% or memory above 66%. I was also checking to see if I had anything else running in the background at the same time which might have been interfering but there was nothing making active use of the CPU or Memory. If I get any progress out of checking all the possible reasons on your list tomorrow I'll provide an update, just in case anything I find out proves helpful in any way. Thanks again -

LODGenx64.exe failed to generate object LOD for one or more worlds
m1sf1t711 replied to nolbear's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Hi I'm not sure that my PC is the problem as I am not getting any crashes just a failure to generate some of the lod, usually Tamriel Aut and Tamriel Sum but sometimes the other seasons when trying the test versions you've shared. I also haven't changed anything with my hardware since I was able to successfully run DynDOLOD Alpha 182 when it was first publised. However I will still try to look into this as I appreciate something might have been changed by something in the background that I'm unaware of, thank you. -

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm not overclocking my PC. I'm not really that technically savvy but I am very happy to follow instructions and suggestions and learn whatever I can as I go along. -

CrashDump2.7z Thanks Just tried that but DynDOLOD wouldn't start and I got error code E0434352 I still have LODGENx64Win hidden. Should I have put that back? I have run the repair tool again for .NET Desktop Runtime 6 but a second attempt had the same result. I've attached the CrashDump files CrashDump2.7z -

Hi "Did you do change any settings about virtual memory/page file?" - No I wouldn't know how to lol So I think I set up the registry keys correctly (never done that before) and here's a link to the logs that I found in %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps after reproducing the crash. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1v_Y69za19KwIXW73kyiVPURB3BXHGAYC/view?usp=sharing -

m1sf1t711 replied to nolbear's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Hi Apologies for the slow retest but sleep and work rudely interrupted my modding endeavours lol The attached zip includes a copy/paste of the error logs for my attempt this evening, having followed all the instructions above first. I've also attached the two Windows Report logs which I think was what you wanted. Let me know if I've misunderstood that part and you need anything else. And again thank you so much for your help. Your generosity with your time is really appreciated. Logs.7z -

I'm not technical enough to really know what they are telling me, sorry :/ Sorry I also wasn't sure how to hide ..\DynDOLOD\Edit Scripts\LODGenx64Win.exe. so I haven't tried that yet. Do I just tick hidden in properties? -
LODGenx64.exe failed to generate object LOD for one or more worlds
m1sf1t711 replied to nolbear's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Hi I've had a go at following all the advice given but I'm still having the same problem and noticed this error message as well so I tried the ini change for occlusion not generating: <Error: Occlusion generation aborted due to LODGen error> Here's a link to my latest logs: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gLyHh4cYNPubAtV7dvXJSQAfSXJF6HCi/view?usp=sharing And also a link to a copy of my DynDOLOD_SSE.ini so you can see what changes I tried: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nnSqISDbBIw8oKkyjU-8b0ddmqqHZ0es/view?usp=sharing I previously ran DynDOLOD successfully using all the same settings within the start up window as I am using now. I have also regenerated xLODGen using the latest 127 version in case that had any impact. I'm very out of my depth knowing the best values to try in the ini so any advice would be appreciated. I've also done a health check on my cpu and memory and they don't appear to be a problem. I only purchased this pc in the summer and I have an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core processor and 21.9GB available RAM Thank you so much for your help and for DynDOLOD itself. -

Hi again Sheson I needed to rerun DynDOLOD and I am suddenly running into this error and can't see any error messages in the logs. Error: LODGenx64Win.exe failed to generate object LOD for one or more worlds. I've tried reinstalling .NET Desktop Runtime 6 just in case and tried generating LOD in expert mode for just the affected world spaces but had the same problem. I've attached logs of my latest attempt to run DynDOLOD for all world spaces. I always run in expert mode so I can put in the rules for A Clear World Map, ERM and Happy Little Trees. -

m1sf1t711 replied to Solora's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Thank you so much for all your rapid support. It's very much appreciated. I just downloaded and installed Resources Alpha 53.1 and reran TexGen but then on trying to run DynDOLOD I got an error message saying "Required resource file not found textures/lod/sstuccowallint01.dds" -
I think there may have been a problem when you uploaded Resources Alpha-53 to Nexus as when I run DynDOLOD Aplha 181 from Nexus it says I am using the wrong Resources version. I noticed that Nexus has had a few banner warnings about uploading being disabled during maintenance so I'm just wondering if something corrupted? EDIT: Or is it that guidance has changed and I shouldn't be letting other mod assets overwrite Resources any more? (I know I don't actually need to update after your support last night but I like to keep up to date with Nexus versions so I can keep track )

Thank you so much! That's worked perfectly

No it doesn't. I've attached a zip with a few screenshots. screenshots.7z
