Mangaclub's post in CTD w/ SMAA Proxy Library Enabled was marked as the answer
hi, i just checked the install files and the enblocal.ini files delivered with vividian doesnt contain that typo. Everything is fine there so if you checked SMAA in the install procedure a alreadypatched to work enblocal.ini should be installed. It also doesnt look like a vividian enblocal.ini you have there. The vividian one got alot of comments in it. I would recommend a reinstall then without using a enb manager for the start. might be something got mixed up in there.

and please also update to the latest extended weathers here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jn9u7e0o9d804n2/Vividian%20-%20Extended%20Weathers.7z?dl=0
I strongy unifyd sun in that version cus it was to unstable in its intensity.
and yes, please get rid of RCRN there and check your enblocal.ini that there is no rcrn dll loaded.
If you fall back to vanilla weathers please also install the vividian Vanilla weather patch during the installation.
The strongest effect will arise at sunrise and sunset because the humidity in the air will rise there. At a clear day the effect will be less visible than on cloudy days though.

Yes Vividian covers the bug with Mist, wich is anyway strongly used in there. Just make sure you have atleast a density of 1.5 and then lower the exponential fade till it is covered. after that just alter the mist lighting influences so it fits to the gradients around it. Mist also will be heavy influenced by the gradient settings in the Sky section.
