My Friend! Found a Link to the mods, not sure if this is considered an okay thing to rerelease mods like this, but since it's used for the purpose of Fear and Loathing I really don't see the problem [Links removed since STEP does not permit sharing of mods that are not available on sites approved by the mod author] This has all the mods we need that are missing.

Hey! Been downloading the STEP guide so far no problems, but I noticed that Realistic Wasteland Lighting Enhancement Has been deleted, so I was wondering if there is another mod out there I can get that has the same effect or release just for the purpose of Fear and Loathing Guide.
