error code:3221226356 while trying to run sort(not loot)

so.. i cant sort my my loadorder neither with sort or loot , if i try to run loot through mo2 ,my mods just dont show up , my mods dont show up in pretty much any application that i try to launch through mo2 ,but my the plugins and everything work normally in game ,they are seen
