thanks for the help...it was book of silence...did not see the hot fix files that the author added in the optional files section. Totally my fault for missing it when downloading the mod but maybe add that specific direction to the detailed instructions portion?

I went through your other post and pretty sure I narrowed down the Aela texture to Steel Arrow and Bow. Is correcting this done by just deleting my optimized folders and re-ddsopt'ing them? When I did this I configured DDSopt per the guide, and then followed the procedures outlined in Skyrim Revisited in terms of cleaning the Bethesda ESMs and Optimizing the textures. I tried disabling all of the optimized folders in MO and reload the save but the texture was still purple.Â

oh my bad, I found this thread via search. Files I found with pink: daedricarrow.dds daedricbow.dds draugrarrow.dds dwarvenarrow.dds falmerarrow.dds elven-->bow.dds None of those files are ALL pink...just varying splashes in each one. Going to look for other thread now

Hello, I am getting a purple texture for Aela's bow and quiver...can anyone point me in the direction of where to look for this and fix it? I started looking through some of the optimized texture folders hoping to find an all purple bow but no luck yet. Also, should .dds files ever have pink in them like the _n.dds ones do? A few of the files I was browsing did...not all pink but a little bit mixed in spots

Figured out it is something to do with maximum skeleton, not quite sure yet...I had it installed with 2.2.6 with no issues...will keep plugging away

Hi, Just finished with 2.2.7 and went to load up. My character is basically twice the height of the other npcs at the initial load up of the game. When the imperial officer goes to kick me to the chopping block the animation is stuck and the game wont progress. I tried to reload and shrink my character at the creation screen but it just reverted when I hit done. I have never had this happen before. I did DDSOPT my textures...any ideas what is causing this? I am having a problem with this also. I ensured "preferred integrated fomod installer" is NOT checked. I have all of the unofficial patches installed. If I run the game with just EBQO and Dark Brotherhood it works. If I check off the 3 patches .esp (paardilemmapatch, thechoiceisyours, or NECP) boss flags it as a missing esp and game crashes. I tried this with NMM before I tried it with MO and had same issues there. Any help is appreciated...new to skyrim and step.
