  1. Thank you kindly for the response. I will give the guide time to breathe, but do look forward to playing in the near future.
  2. Hey all, around two summers ago I completed Darth's set-up. With all the instabilities present in Oldrim, and with SKSE64 Newrim modding around the corner, I decided to just wait. Now I see things have begun to take shape, but I have a few questions... Have most mods previously used in Darth's been ported over for use in this guide, or is this a completely new mod guide that has strayed far from the original? Am I better off just scrapping everything and starting off fresh? I've got 150+GB of Oldrim mod stuff on my HD, but I will have to re-download new SE versions anyways right? Should I, or can I reuse certain Oldrim textures without problem? Haven't quite delved in yet, but what's the deal with SE mod managers? At the time I used Mod Organizer for Oldrim, but I know there where a lot of question marks and instabilities with the progression of Mod Organizer 2(?). Is everything relatively stable and good to go with all that now? Lastly, where exactly would you say this SE guide is in terms of completion? I know it technically says beta, but should I continue to wait (weeks/months...) until more things are fleshed out and refined? Or is it possible to just hit the ground running and have a relatively complete and stable game within a few days of modding/setup?
  3. OK so then can we just scrap Blowing in the Wind then if it means a more stable game? Obviously having moving lanterns is preferable, but they certainly aren't necessary...
  4. In the changelog for 29/9/17 it says Removed: Sky UI - show armor slots - updated - Frostfall patch. When I go to the mod in the guide under special installation instructions it still gives a link for a Frostfall patch. I've installed the patch right underneath Sky UI - show armor slots - updated, but in the left pane in MO it says the patch is redundant, being overwritten by Frostfall itself. What is the proper placement for this patch in MO? I should move it underneath Frostfall so it's not useless right?
  5. Ohh man ignore my question about the SFO update. I'm an idiot...
  6. Do you have any suggestions of a replacement for LoS? We need some light out in these spooky woods!
  7. I'm new here and have a few questions. I finished this guide a few months ago but decided to wait for the Win10 dx9 vram fix and am now in the process of finishing everything that's been added/revised the last few months. I noticed in the changelog for 11/09/2017 it says vaguely "Completely Updated SFO". Should I leave my previous install (from June) of SFO alone? Reinstall just SFO using the updated instructions? Or should I go back and reinstall the entire SFO + grass section anyways and redo the Trees and Flora Merge (hopefully not because that's a lot of work...)? Under what conditions (after editing merge plugins, or adding/removing esps, etc) do I need to re-run Khajiit Ears Show, Relinker, Great Equalizer and SUM? Some clarification on when/if to re-run these would be helpful because there is none on the actual guide page like there is for FNIS, Wrye Bash and DynDOLOD. Everything else in the guide is very precise and well done though. I know the mod suggestion thread is locked and the guide is basically at capacity, but I really think this small yet impactful popular SSE mod ported to Oldrim should be taken a look at and considered (not necessarily the visual/sound part): Aetherial Veins - Magic Enhancements (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/84162/?) Thank you for your amazing guide and any response is appreciated as I realize this is a lot to ask and most people have moved on to SSE. I'm looking forward to playing this setup!
