MO2 is telling me that it's up to date, but I'm using ver 2.0.8.2 and there's a newer version on Nexus (2.0.8.3b). I updated FO4 MO2 and kept a backup of the mods folder, I then added it to the new empty MO2 folder but they don't show up when I open the program. For SSE I'm still on the old version, so how can I update correctly without losing all my mods and having to re-add them? I should also mention that the download with manager button on Nexus doesn't work with MO2 anymore. It used to, but not with newer versions it seems. At least for me. Even going into settings and saying to associate with Nexus doesn't change anything, Nexus just tells me there's no application set up to deal with the button.

The game was launching just fine a few weeks ago, and all of a sudden it's not working. I can run other programs through MO (LOOT/xEdit), but SSE and it's launcher will not run through MO now. The game launches fine through Steam, but not through MO at all. I tried deleting the logs like I saw on another post, and then the game ran after that. I quit to add in a couple of mods that I took out just in case they were causing it - now the game won't run again. Tried deactivating all mods (fresh profile with nothing in it) and it still won't run.
