Whoa..found it, i had the "hidden" checked thanks for your help

Issue is i dont see where to even get to those to edit. I clicked on Blind Cliff it placed Skyrim.esm and the ELE in right pane with 2 FormID's under them, but that is where I am. I have right clicked every option and the only one that i even have the edit option is asking me to change the value of the form ID. I appreciate your trying to help and i thought i was up to this challenge but apparently I am not.

I feel foolish as I cannot even get to where you are. I found the worldspace for Blind Cliff, but I cannot figure out how to edit. Any help would be appreciated as I have been stuck on this all day. TIA
