One of the reason that occurs is that some old skse dll plugin is using function: SKSE::log::log_directory() to get log directory. It is currently return path of ~\My Games\Skyrim.INI\SKSE instead of My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE on latest skse with game version AE 1.6.11701 point
