Template:No This mod does not fix any problems, and the changes it makes are not a clear improvement over vanilla. Many players may find it unnecessary or even immersion-breaking. Kryptopyr (talk) 09:05, June 8, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Include in a pack. While some of these are immersion breakers, I do feel that some of them also are really great additions that add to the experience. I'd be in favor of an "non-immersion pack" that we put these into; just a thought. Solist (talk) 19:37, June 24, 2013 (MDT)
Template:Yes There are alternatives with a few additional features that I prefer and feel should be in one of the STEP packs which would replace this Kelmych (talk) 13:28, June 13, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Adds descriptions of the disease you may be affected by. This is not lore/vanilla-friendly. Unless the PC is an alchemist, a doctor, or the illness is common (such as a cold) it is unlikely the PC will know the details this mod adds. Techangel85 (talk) 10:06, June 8, 2013 (MDT)
Template:Yes The diseases, however, did not get any descriptions, other than for gameplay effects. It's entirely possible for me to make a version that just lists the physical symptoms and (some of) the gameplay effects without giving away other information (unless the disease is common). I vouch for disease descriptions in-game because of immersion. WilliamImm (talk) 21:19, June 16, 2013 (MDT)
One of the experienced admin (Neo or William), this mod needs to be compared to USKP for conflicts, fixes for each, and whether it is or isn't needed anymore (it's over a year old without being updated). (Tech)
Kryprolyr and I are planing on fixing the stuff that didn't get fixed by a patch, unofficial or official. (William)
Template:No I'm not certain exactly which quests this mod "fixed," but I suspect that most of the quests that could be broken by discovering the location prior to starting the quest have now been fixed by USKP in a much more immersion-friendly manner.Kryptopyr (talk) 09:21, June 8, 2013 (MDT)
Template:Yes Provides more user control and options. Does not take away anything, only gives options. Should be considered more a utility than anything else. ~z929669Talk 00:50, June 9, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No I'm voting (no) for Core STEP, but (yes) for being moved to utilities so it's an optional mod. This is not the only mod out there that does this and this could conflict with pack mods. Techangel85 (talk) 20:36, June 9, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Though I have not tested them, I am indeed seeing a lot of available mods. This greatly increases the likelyhood of conflicts so should not be a part of STEP:Core. -- Stoppingby4now (talk) 23:58, June 9, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No for some users this (or an equivalent mod) is very important to their ability to use the game. The vanilla file that this replaces is not especially well done, but it is adequate for many users. There are several alternatives and whichever one is used the control file might still need editing Kelmych (talk) 13:46, June 13, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Unnecessary change that takes up an .esp slot. I like this mod, but I don't believe it belongs in Core STEP. Kryptopyr (talk) 09:16, June 8, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Can create clipping and run off issues, as well as size and legibility issues (granted some fonts are worse than others, but none of them are a clear improvement over vanilla, just something different). Kryptopyr (talk) 09:29, June 8, 2013 (MDT)
Template:Yes Does not use a plugin slot & vanilla fonts are a lot more 'modern' than in previous TES games. I vote that Magic Cards be the new norm. No issues with that one. ~z929669Talk 00:55, June 9, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No This falls into the category of major change from vanilla, and choice of font is always going to be subjective for users. -- Stoppingby4now (talk) 23:46, June 9, 2013 (MDT)
Template:Yes Agree with z but vote for Centaur as it's stylistically like Magic Cards but without the clipping. Kelmych (talk) 13:53, June 13, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Menu is not vanilla-friendly. Allows for an increased and easy wait time; however, that's rarely needed during actual play and mainly for mod troubleshooting, most of the time Techangel85 (talk) 11:07, June 8, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Diverts from vanilla and no reason to use for ENB since the addition of the "ignore loading screens" feature in ENB. Techangel85 (talk) 11:43, June 7, 2013 (MDT)
Template:Yes Core option is an interface improvement. (but not any of the options) Fits within the SkyUI interface style.~z929669Talk 01:00, June 9, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Adds real photo of stars rather than painted textures. No HD replacement for perk lines. Techangel85 (talk) 11:17, June 8, 2013 (MDT)
Template:Yes Much better quality than the vanilla Skill Interface, and the user can choose a near-vanilla version if they want WilliamImm (talk) 12:01, June 8, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No This falls into the area of subjectivity for users anyways, and such things should be left to packs. -- Stoppingby4now (talk) 00:04, June 10, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No If you really need to check the time without leaving the game, use a watch or a phone. Really doesn't add much... WilliamImm (talk) 21:50, June 7, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Not very keen on the implementation in v5 - overwrites a *lot* of worldspace records. Either revert to v3 or remove. WilliamImm (talk) 21:49, June 7, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No The V5 implementation is fine, but neither TES5Edit Merge Patch nor Skyrim Wrye Bash can automatically merge this mod properly with the other mods that change various aspects of the same objects Kelmych (talk) 14:05, June 13, 2013 (MDT)
Template:Yes A PC would never forget an enchantment that he/she knows. The player might, but not the character being controlled. I think this corrects and oversight.~z929669Talk 01:10, June 9, 2013 (MDT)
Template:No Adds scripts and an ESP and imo it kinda runs slow (i.e. takes time to display) - would prefer to wait for a SkyUI style solution. Neovalen
