Recommendations
This mod has several "Undiscovered Marker Options", and all are valid except NORDIC UI. For the most vanilla-friendly gameplay, Step recommends: Obscured Undiscovered HUD Markers - Question Mark. For more immersive/mysterious gameplay, Step recommends: Invisible Undiscovered Markers.

Hide the following file so that the version provided by Atlas Map Markers will be used instead (instructions for hiding files/folders):

As with any mod with an INI configuration, Step recommends creating an 'empty' mod to contain a customizable configuration that will not be overwritten when the mod is updated:
- Click
> Create empty mod, and name it
(CONFIG) CoMAP
. - Right click CoMAP, and click Open in Explorer. Do the same for (CONFIG) CoMAP.
- Copy the entire SKSE/ folder from this mod into the new configuration mod.
- In the configuration mod, delete all content under
SKSE/Plugins/
except the INI file. - Prioritize the configuration mod just after the source mod in MO such that the INI will override that of the this mod.
Make the following changes to the custom configuration file:
- Double-click the (CONFIG) CoMAP mod in the left pane to open Mod Information.
- Click the "INI Files" tab to modify MapMarkerFramework.ini.
- Make the following changes according to preference:
