Tick green.png Agree no galaxy ... but I vote for medium to high stars, because we are biased by light pollution. In a skyrim-like place, without electricity, many more stars are visible. I've also had the privilege of traveling to remote areas, and while the stars are stunning, the numbers of visible stars are simply not as exaggerated as this mod would suggest. The unaided human eye is only capable of seeing about 3,000 stars at any one time even in the best possible viewing conditions. And Skyrim is far from having no light pollution...don't forget those two HUGE moons. Even if we go with the tweak that reduces the size of each moon by half, they are still many times larger than our moon. With two moons of that size, Skyrim's sky would be constantly awash with light pollution to a degree that would likely equal some of our larger cities. (kryptopyr)

To disable the scripting you may open the console and enter "setstage footprintsQuest 99". Disabling or removal of the ESP during a save may break your save permanently. This is Bethesda's official stance, due to how data, scripts especially, are permanently attached to your savegame. Once the options menu is implemented in 1.0, you will no longer need to run the console command, but simply disable it from the menu.

Cross red.png Is the x0.5 size that STEP recommends a lore-friendly change? I've personally never felt there was a real need to change the moon size. This mod uses two .esp files to change two game settings. We just replaced Realistic Crime Radius with changes via Wrye Bash.
