Does not deviate from vanilla style at all (in fact, they simply are optimized HRDLC resources). Also really useful to increase performance for low-VRAM users. WilliamImm (talk) 22:52, June 7, 2013 (MDT)
HD improvement over vanilla Techangel85 (talk) 20:48, June 9, 2013 (MDT)
Straight texture replacement from vanilla. Not sure what it is about them, but I've just never cared for these textures. However, without individually selecting texture files, it may not currently be possible to get a better combination of textures for these objects. Kryptopyr (talk) 18:40, June 12, 2013 (MDT)
Are there any better alternatives? ~z929669Talk 00:53, June 19, 2013 (MDT)
With SMIM/No Stretching the remaining amount is small, could go either way personally. Neovalen
Actually, if this mod is installed after No Streching, but before SMIM, a good about of meshes (21, to be specific) will be used, and they are a improvement over Vanilla. WilliamImm (talk) 15:33, June 28, 2013 (MDT)
This differs too much from the vanilla feel Thecompiler (talk) 01:11, June 9, 2013 (MDT)
Techangel85 (talk) 20:57, June 9, 2013 (MDT) (I never cared too much for the looks of these textures anyway)
This really feels more like a last-resort texture replacer - some textures mesh well with vanilla, and some don't. Wish SRO was back... WilliamImm (talk) 21:28, June 16, 2013 (MDT)
(SRO remains much better than this) Kelmych (talk) 19:04, June 22, 2013 (MDT)
Skyrim HD differs from Vanilla too much to use wholesale. SR uses only the towns and misc packages and even then overwrites many of them with better. SRO is the only lore friendly texture pack (except for the damned ruins textures but those are overwritten by Ruins Clutter Improvement. Neovalen
(undecided) Techangel85 (talk) 21:05, June 9, 2013 (MDT) Having a hard time deciding on this one. Many of the textures are improvements that stay true to vanilla; however, I can't tell if they are painted or photos. They look about half and half.
A decent minor overhaul. The real question for me is whether or not these fit well with the HRDLC landscape that this mod misses. The HRDLC may be the best way to go but for a few select specimens from this mod. I recall that this covers a few textures that SRO misses. ~z929669Talk 01:01, June 19, 2013 (MDT)
Prefer the piecemeal solution I have in SR as some of these textures are horrendous (imo). At least when compared to SRO. Neovalen
(include the textures that are sufficiently better than vanilla as SR does) Kelmych (talk)
Meat has grill marks when it's clearly not being cooked on a grill. Changes texture of chickens and pheasant; however, they are more accurate. All other textures are vanilla friendly, HD versions.
