Strange number being used in prefs.ini

Does anyone know what this number is? It's in my skyrimPrefs.ini and I don't remember seeing it in the past. But now the game graphics are flashing all over the place only in the outdoors areas inside its fine "1e+007"  It's used for "fMeshLODLevel2FadeDist=" and "fMeshLoadLevel1FadeDist="

I'm pretty sure that means fMeshLODLevel2FadeDist=10,000,000.

So is this number supposed to be 10000000.0000 or what? and is this maybe why people are now having trouble with their saved games.

no, that's no problem at all :D

1e+007 is the mathematical term for 10,000,000

Afaik only chance determins whether the first or the latter appears in your ini.
