DynDoLOd Questions

So I'm at the bottom of the DynDoLod page and I am a little confused. I got my ouput folder from running the worlds things but text gen folder I am confused. I had some files in my tes5edit that where labeled LODS but when I made it a mod it was greyed out. I am unsure of what exact files make up the Text Gen folder.

 

I am assuming I am missing something dumb, this guide has been great.
