How to "resync" MO?

I had to uninstall New Vegas for a while but when I reinstalled it none of my mods show up in the MO client. The files are all in the folder and everything looks fine.

Assuming you still have a working MO installation, including all the mods and downloads from before, it's just a matter of running MO with a profile you previously created that includes the installed mods and run FNV from MO.

Since MO can, and should be, installed outside of the game installation folders. This means removing/repairing your game will have no impact on the mods you have installed
