When I go under a shelter in the snow with debug mode on, real shelter definitely recognises the shelter but no transition happens and the snow continues to ghost through. Rain seems to be working just fine, although curiously, when I force rain to happen in a snowy location and go under some shelter, it snows outside the shelter and rains inside the shelter.
It seems like I did something terribly wrong here...
