Bathing in Skyrim not performing as intended

So Bathing in Skyrim is completely whacked. It won't track any NPC's, and no matter how much i bathe it continuously says I'm very dirty. Does anyone know of a fix? i built the merged esp. just like the guide says.

 

If no fix is available, can i just remove it from my mods? i dont consider it that essential to my playthrough. if so, do i need to uninstall anything else with it??

so i uninstalled Bis, then reinstalled it, once again exactly as the guide says. i then deleted the original merge of BiS and CACO soaps and rebuilt it. then i started a new game.

 

now it seems even worse. when i open MCM the Bathing in Skyrim menu say "$BiS_page_" before all of the menu selections.

K, issue resolved. I didn't bother looking for a fix, cuz the more i think about it, the more BiS just feels like a PitA. I love me some immersion, but i can easily live without this one instance. So i removed Bis, CACO soaps, and the eatingsleepingdrinking optional files, and updated the bashed patch and FNIS, and everything is fine.

 

Hope I'm not irritating with my questions, this is the very 1st PC i've ever owned, and i built it myself, never mind modding.
