character floating/no body upon new game, new s.t.e.p installation

Question

hi, im new to modding and have only tried with skyrim, after a few weeks/months of trying to do various setups and going through the whole crashing, deleting, restarting thing several/hundreds of times i decided to give s.t.e.p a go i have just completed the installation of all the mods and as far as im aware have followed everything pretty much to the word, except for i didnt install dyndolod, and i deleted dual sheathe redux because everytime i tried to run the patcher i just kept getting an error, as far as im concerned i think i can live without these, however when i start a new game everything seems to run ok, no loot errors or anything but my character has no body and is floating about ten feet in the air, i am a bit of a mong with all this and am not very good at figuring out issues so i didnt realy want to change anything until id asked someones advice cos i thought maybe this is a commo thing, but i couldnt see anything in the forum or anywhere on google search any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, i will paste my load order and ini settings, thanks

p.s am using mo, my specs are amd fx 6350, r9 280x,

WARNING!

bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 must be set in SkyrimPrefs.ini file to make this mod work.

This is if you are using the graphics enhancement features (e.g. with an ENB preset). bFloatingPointRenderTarget=0 is the recommended setting if you are only ENBoost without the graphics enhancements.
