need help No game data on top level

im lost with this mod. its a simple mod High Res Chicken Texture i downloaded it from the nexus. i click it in Mo it pops up with the window  saying No game data on top level. the mod is structured like this as displayd in Mo box when i click it.

i tryd right clicking every folder to set as data directory and not 1 folder seems to work. allways getting No game data on top level..im lost as to how to fix this.can i get some help please.
