I am getting an odd but repeatable CTD in Solitude. When I go to the Blue Palace via the court yard of Castle Dour to the Blue Palace there is never a problem. When I reserve the trip and go from the Blue Palace to Castle Dour when the weather if not sunny (i.e. at night , snow storm), I will crash somewhere around the Bards College.
The build is based on Skyrim Revisited: Legendary Edition. I don’t know the command to change the CoT weather to check my theory. To get around this I wait until it is sunny and then there is no problem leaving the Blue Place.
