Is there any mod or method to disable vanilla sunsprite?

Either use a blank sunglare.dds texture or set the Sun Glare RGB value in all weathers to 0, which can be done through CK or xEdit.

 

Here is a texture that will disable the sunglare, it's a blank 4x4 compressed .dds texture.
