Please explain how "Group Leader" is assigned (IMAGE INCLUDED)

Question

post-7477-0-31764700-1437236904_thumb.jpg

Im not sure how MO chooses the group name when sorting by Nexus IDs and as far as I can tell, I cant change it

Can anyone explain how I could get this mod (and ones like it that have really strange expansion level group leaders) to display the base mod as the group name?

I'm not 100% sure because I can't check right now but I believe the name is probably the first alphabetically.

You have your display set to sort by "Nexus IDs" and the mod at the top also has the lowest priority so all the mods that share that Nexus ID are shown together under the one with the lowest priority.

If you don't want the display to sort by Nexus ID then the menu at the middle bottom of the screen will change it.

In the image displayed header displayed is called "Optimized Dawngaurd Textures" which is neither the highest nor the lowest priority mod in that grouping of Nexus ID's.

In that image

"Optimized Vanilla Textures" has priority 500

"Optimized Dawnguard Textures" (The name of the group) has 831

"Optimized High Res DCL Part" has 834

If all I have to do is change priory of the same grouping, that's easy and fine, but it doesn't look to me like that's whats in play for naming the group of Nexus ID's

Apologies, I completely misread what you were asking and skipped the important detail about the name of the header.
