High Quality LODs: Merge the Meshes and the Normals Zip files together in MO?

For the High Quality LODs there are 2 ZIP files that are downloaded- Meshes and Normals. Should I give them each unique names to install as diff mods or should I allow the Normals mod to merge with the Meshes mod? Both are named "High Quality World Map"
