Problems with Real Shelter

Hi, i followed the guide and installed everything and even played yesterday for a while, however due to my own stupidity i decided to migrate my mod organizer mod folder location to another HD and once i opened it it messed my profile up so i had to remake the profile (just the ordering in the left pane) my problem is that for some reason RSPatcher isnt recognizing the CoT dragonborn patch (only that one) which is merged into CoT-Weatherpatch.esp.

 

Can someone please tell me why that is happening? i cannot run the script again in TES5edit due to that. Should i just load the unmerged masters to repatch and keep them unmerged?

Thanks for the answer and thanks for making this pack, was 2 years since i last modded my skyrim and never such a large assortment of mods, now hopefully i can install and make work perkus maximus on top of this and finally start playing a real play through :D

You are, hopefully, replacing the RSPatch with the empty version from the download each time you run the script...

 

If not, you should be.
