To start off, I have installed STEP Extended (2.2.9) as outlined in the guide and optimized the textures as suggested also.
I then installed all of Real Explorer's Guide to Skyrim (as of 02/10/2015, ver 4.0.3)
Then Immersive Survival.
I am requesting critiques, things I may have missed or just general advice to make sure it all works as intended.
Changes to STEP
Since I am using Realistic Needs and Disease, and I am using the STEP Extended patch... do I need to install Disease Descriptions?
Even Better Quest Objectives optional selected:

I am wondering if I missed anything. I am about to read the descriptions and run through the installers of ALL the mods so far to see if any missing optional files are needed, but the documentation for REGS is quite minimal when it comes to adding in those optional files.
I am also thinking of freeing up some eps/esm slots. With evertyhing activated (to be conservative, I am still keeping "dummy" esps active for now), I am sitting at 214 active esp/esm. I would like to free some since I am still going to be working on this load out.
