Short answer: No

Long answer: No but later versions of MO may have this ability.

 

It is not a big deal to have LOOT installed and run through MO, the only proviso is you should refrain from switching between them. To be clear, you wont really have two installs of LOOT, the stripped down version included in MO can't really be compared to LOOT as it now exists.
