Apocalypse Spells and Tame the Beasts

I just upgraded from NMM to MO on a fresh install. I was looking at conflicts for Apocalypse spells and it looks like Tame The Beasts has a file that overwrites something that Apocalypse changes. Anyone else have this and is it an ok overwrite to have?

I believe that script is a SkyUI script. It probably wont make a difference if its overwritten now.
