There are files in your overwrite mod issue or lack of undestandment

Hi guys

 

I hope anyone here can help me. Since I saw many improvments in Mod Organizer I decided to switch from NMM. Now the issue I'm having is that there are a lot of mods that are put in the <overwrite> area on the left panel. Image bellow.

Now I've tried reinstalling some of them to see if I did anything wrong on the installation but they get put there automatically by the MO and I can't move them out. Can anyone shed any light what I'm doing wrong?

Nevermind by sorting the left page by priority it fixed the problem
