Help please :) cannot slam/interrupt with 2 handed weapon

I did try to search for answer but it returned nothing. Running STEP Core & Extended.

 

Pressing RMB blocks as normal with a 2 handed weapon but then pressing LMB as well should 'slam' but it does not. I noticed though if I press V (from dual wield parrying mod) it'll block and THEN if I press LMB it'll slam. Just will not if I use the RMB to block first.

 

I've ran FNIS and bashed patches correctly, loot etc all done.

 

Edit: It's definitely Dual Wield Parrying mod related, once disabled in MO and I can slam again as normal. I would like to retain the mod though for DW parrying.
