Recurring Papyrus error, anyone enlighten me to what it means?

Could anyone fill me in on what this is?

My run before this one I got a CTD because of RND which I don't even have installed which was so weird, but then I run it again I get this massive overflow. The above error kept coming god knows how many times a second, and overflow CTD
 
Okay I pulled out SkeTEST Animals and predators and it stops, but why would that be trying to cast a spell over and over? https://pastebin.com/h226Ubkz has my load order if anyone can help me figure it out?
