Hi everybody

 

I'm new on the forum but I followed STEP mods recommendations since a while now (about years)

 

I'm Belgian so sorry if I do some grammary mistakes. (not used to write in english)

 

My question is about a Killmove mod, like this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10906/?

The last time I used STEP Guide (I got a new high end rig so I can play Skyrim modded now), the mod was recommended but not  anymore so my question was, if I want to use this mod, is there something special I have to know? Like load orders, conflict with some recommended mods? 

 

My second question is about MCM, there is no link on STEP. I mean is it an application? Or something to run with MO? Never hear something about it.

For some mods, it is not important for me (like Thunder mod) but for Lock Overhaul, it seems to be more important.

Killmove mods like the one you referenced have never been part of the STEP guide, but have been included in the Skyrim Revisited guide. I suggest you look at the Skyrim Revisited: Legendary Edition guide for current recommendations on these. There is an MCM (Mod Configuration Menu) mod for Fallout New Vegas. For Skyrim the nearest equivalent is SkyUI, which is included in the STEP guide.

For MCM (and SkyUI), I can activate it and use it in game? I will look for some documentation after work.

I just finished install everything of the STEP Core Extended, it seems to work absolutly fine but I got one question, if If I uninstall all mod with low/medium textures to uptade them for high/ultra texture, do I have to re-run FNIS, DSR, Bashed Patch etc?
