SkyProc Patchers not running through Mod Organizer, Java stops working before the configure/ patch screen

Hi,

 

I'm having an issue with Mod Organizer where any SkyProc patches i try to run crash before the screen with the patch button and a window saying Java Platform SE binary has stopped working appears.

 

I have tried running Asis and the Skyre Reproccer as well as both together through SUM and the issue occurs with all. When it crashes with Asis for example it adds a SkyProc Patchers folder to the overwrite folder but no Asis.esp

 

I have had both Asis and the Reproccer working fine outside of Mod Organizer.

 

I'm new to Mod Organizer so i'm sure that ive probably made an obvious mistake somewhere, let me know if u need any more info and i'l try provide it.
