Random CTD, how to figure out what is wrong

Hy I just installed step and step extanded, and I removed the records of the choise is yours from the step extanded patch. I also added the climates of tamriel, monster mod, Imersive creatures, dungeon quest awarness and apachi hair to my load order and am geting some random ctd. Anyway I could triangulate this? I am testing this with god mode on and runing around in speedmult 400 or 1000. I have installed the patch for blood textures for monster mod and imersive creatures and the patches from AOS for climates and the patch for mintys lighning for climates. Do I also need to remove the blood texture records from the extanded patch if that could be the problem or what.

 

And what i meant with completly random. I got A ctd in the following situations: Opening the map, talking to someone like the guy that is offering a cow to the giant, or just walking around. Here is my load order I set it up like the patches said for climates and AOS first climates then AOS and then all other climates plugins before the patch for it. Any help of finding what the problem could be would be awsome.

Well the slowdowns were fixed, it was the enblocal.ini did some research and for my pc memory compresion had to be false and disabling driver memory managment to true, now i can run without stutterering, will go about your way of fixing, Just need abit more info when you sugested the following route Riverwood -> falkreath -> markarth -> solitude -> morthal -> winterhold -> windhelm -> riften -> riverwood. did you mean in a straight line or on the roads?

I normally just follow the roads.. since that way you can easily stay on almost the same track every run. Also there are many many intense and CTD prone spots along the roads.

Hm ok went back to extanded and ugrids 7 and no ctd, so i gues one of the other mods has to be the problem, will go slowly through and report back, does anybody else have any other ideas how to trigger a ctd i only know of the one that you run around like a maniac with god mode and speed 1000 

Edit:Also @CovertSlinky how come that your load order has animated weapons and then rainbos right after in load order and mine is rainbows and about 5-6 mods later animated weapon don't You use the newest LOOT

I do use the newest LOOT, but all I can say is LOOT sorting is dynamic, I have mods that you don't, and LOOT does sorting based on conflicts (and other things I'm sure). Don't have a reason to believe it's wrong, so I go with what LOOT is giving me.

Ok after 3 runs of the route sugested to me, I had no CTD probably don't need to run 2 more times, looks like it was the enblocal.ini setting of compresion memory set to true so setting that to false fixed it I hope :D

 

So if it's fixed. Thank you to evrybody for sugestions.

Glad to hear you may of fixed it. Just be sure to watch your vram consumption when compression is set to false, you will get ctd's if it reaches your vram limit (sometimes even just approaching the limit will cause one). Just something to consider and happy modding.
